Four times a year, past clients get a watercolor of their house dressed for the season - jack-o-lanterns in October, string lights in December, flags for the Fourth.
Farm postcards get recycled the day they arrive. A painting of their own porch gets kept, and it keeps working: every season it hangs around, you’re the agent they remember - and the one they mention when a friend starts house hunting.
